Our office is located on W. Market St., on the first floor of a three-story brick building. We’re near the Fairlawn Country Club.

There is plenty of parking outside, and the practice is also accessible by public transportation.

Same-day appointments, Saturday and late hours are available. On-site X-rays for your convenience.

We are an in-network provider, and Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance assignments are accepted. Major credit cards, HSA plans, CareCredit®, and ChiroHealth USA are also accepted.
